1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the wa338 platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager. wa338 enforces age verification as part of its KYC process, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Access. The Platform is operated by an internationally licensed offshore gaming operator and is principally designed for English-preference players based in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, and other Indonesian cities and regions. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their access to and use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in their local jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 Residency Representation. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are a natural person of legal gambling age (minimum 21 years) in your jurisdiction of residence, that you are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and that you are not acting as an agent or intermediary for any third party.

2.4 Employees Excluded. Current and former employees of wa338, its affiliated entities, technology vendors, and payment processing partners (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to hold a wagering account and are excluded from all promotions.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) wa338 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wa338 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. wa338 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, proof of residential address, and documentary evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

3.5 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your wa338 account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC review. Bonus funds credited prior to account closure are forfeited unless rollover requirements have been fully satisfied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Channels. wa338 processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. The availability of specific channels may change; refer to the deposit page for current channel status at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the transaction pages within your account and are subject to change at the Company's discretion with notice. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and may require the Member to contact support for manual review and return processing.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your account balance within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes following approval, subject to the operational hours and settlement windows of the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. Processing times during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Christmas) may be extended.

4.4 Own Account Payments Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals will be processed only to payment accounts held in the same name as your wa338 account. The Company reserves the right to reject any transaction where ownership cannot be verified.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wa338 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with its international licensing obligations. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that raises reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the account will be suspended pending investigation. All funds associated with confirmed AML breaches are subject to forfeiture.

4.6 Platform Fees. wa338 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on the platform side. Members should be aware that their bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, over which wa338 has no control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wa338 are subject to these general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for the duration of that promotion.

5.2 Rollover Requirements. Unless a promotion page explicitly states otherwise, all bonuses awarded on the wa338 platform are subject to a rollover (turnover) requirement. This means the combined deposit and bonus amount (or the bonus amount alone, as specified) must be wagered a stated number of times before any portion of the balance derived from that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on restricted game categories do not count toward rollover accumulation.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to rollover completion. Live casino games, high-RTP table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus rollover. The contribution schedule for each product category is published on the promotions page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated rollover requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant promotion page, measured from the time the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your balance without compensation.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active deposit bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a previous rollover is incomplete may result in forfeiture of the uncompleted bonus at the Company's discretion.

5.6 Abuse Prevention. wa338 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear rollover with minimal variance, coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, or any pattern of wagering inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Determinations regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of the Company.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the wa338 sportsbook are accepted subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. wa338 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live feeds have experienced a delay.

6.2 Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay. Asian handicap (voor bola — a goal-start betting format widely used in Indonesian sports wagering) and multi-leg accumulator (mix parlay) wagers are available across major football competitions including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League. Specific settlement rules for each market type are published within the sportsbook product rules section.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment before completion of the required match duration, manifest pricing errors, or force majeure events. Void legs in a mix parlay accumulator reduce the number of legs; the accumulator odds are recalculated accordingly.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules published within each game. wa338 relies on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all non-live games, as independently verified by the game studio's testing laboratory. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for all slot titles via the game information panel.

6.5 System Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or database corruption that affects the outcome of a game or wager, wa338 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The Company is not liable for losses arising from system errors and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted platform availability.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wa338 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any script-based tool to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or sharing account access for the purpose of coordinated wagering.
• Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or data feed delays to place bets with an unfair informational advantage ("arbing" or "sure-betting" at scale).
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged documents during KYC, or impersonating another individual.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds connected to illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where the Member is aware of such prohibition.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. wa338 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its members. We provide a suite of self-management tools that members may activate at any time via the account dashboard or by contacting support.

8.2 Available Tools. Members may set: (a) daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits; (b) session time reminders; (c) temporary time-out periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days; and (d) a permanent self-exclusion that closes the account and prevents re-registration. All limits take effect immediately upon application and cannot be reversed within their stated duration.

8.3 Seeking Help. 9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the wa338 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content licensed from third-party studios — is the property of wa338 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of wa338 is strictly prohibited.

9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game titles, studio names, and associated artwork (including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. wa338 licenses this content under commercial agreements and does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

10 Privacy & Data

10.1 Data Collection. wa338 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Security. We employ 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Member financial data is stored in isolated, access-controlled encrypted database environments. Regular third-party penetration testing is conducted to maintain platform security standards.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty. The wa338 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or pricing data, or the suitability of any game or product for any particular purpose.

11.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall wa338 be liable for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; or (d) losses arising from third-party acts, including payment processing failures, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.

11.4 Force Majeure. wa338 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure outages, banking system disruptions, or national holidays affecting payment processing in Indonesia.

12 Amendments

12.1 Right to Amend. wa338 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a platform notification or email to the registered account address, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, except where changes are required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take immediate effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance.

12.3 Version Archive. The date shown in the "Last Updated" header on this page reflects the most recent revision. Prior versions of these Terms are available from our support team upon written request.

13 Governing Law

13.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wa338 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Members may raise disputes by contacting wa338 support in writing, specifying the nature of the dispute, the relevant account, and the remedy sought. The Company will acknowledge all written disputes within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days.

13.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
